The natural and organic products market is a booming industry. The world’s largest natural and organic tradeshow–The Natural Products Expo West– is held at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. This year’s show had record attendance with over 56,000. Recently ABC Good Morning America’s Health did a segment called “Going Green for Your Kids”. Pediatrician Dr. Alan Greene highlighted several natural organic products, including two of our favorites, Under the Nile and Episencial Organic Skincare.
Under the Nile makes 100% Egyptian Organic Cotton clothing and toys. It is important for infants to have the softest and most pure products next to their skin. GMA’s Tanya Rivera host was excited to talk about their products, “I love this company. In fact, I bought a lot of their stuff for my babies.”
Episencial is the first professional organic skincare line made specifically for the developing skin of babies and children. Lotions get rubbed into the skin and you want to make sure that there are no chemicals in the products. Episencial “Choose mineral based sunscreens with zinc as the base”.
Other wonderful green products mentioned in this news segment include: Born Free, iplay baby wear’s Green Sprouts Feeding Accessories, earth-friendly gDiapers, Natural 4X Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent, and the only dye-free kid’s toothbrushes by Radius.
